The concept behind Skip One For Clay is simple. Consider skipping one meal for Clay! That’s right, skip one meal and send a check, money order or on-line donation for the amount you would have spent on that meal to the Clay Phillips Memorial Fund. All contributions to the fund will benefit students seeking degrees in the Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of Charleston. Clay found his passion in cooking.
